Refunds

Since most of our items are made to order, unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, so if you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us to resolve the issue.

Your happiness is the most important thing for us!

Exchanges

If there is an issue with the size and/or fit of your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your concern and fix the situation, but this is not always possible. In the event that we are able to offer an exchange, you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the exchange of your item.

As a small business, unfortunately we are not able to cover the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
